Every water filtration system needs periodic upkeep — sediment and carbon block every 6 months, granular carbon and post-filter annually, and the membrane on its own longer cycle — to keep it actually protecting you the way it's designed to. Our maintenance plan takes that off your plate entirely.

- We track your schedule automatically. No spreadsheets, no reminders to set yourself — we know when your system is due and reach out to book it.
- We confirm before we ever charge you. You'll hear from us to lock in a time before anything is billed.
- Simple monthly pricing, billed twice a year. Your plan is shown as a straightforward monthly rate, aligned with your actual visit schedule — no surprise invoices.
- Cancel anytime. Cancel before your next charge and nothing happens. Cancel in the short window after being charged but before your visit, and you get a full refund — you only ever pay for service you actually receive.
What's included
- Cartridge replacement every 6 months (the Bathroom Sink Filter is the exception — a monthly self-swap, and we keep you stocked)
- Granular carbon and post-filter replacement every 12 months
- Ultrafiltration membrane every 12 months; reverse osmosis membrane every 24 months, in line with Purikor's own specification
- UV lamp replacement every 12 months (6-Stage RO + UV system only)
- A magnet on your fridge with your install date and next visit already filled in
- Priority scheduling — maintenance customers get preference if a scheduling conflict comes up
