What we install
Purified according to your needs
Four groups, seven systems: from a $600 MXN sink filter to full reverse osmosis with UV. We'll tell you which tier fits your space, not just the most expensive one.
Drinking Water Systems
Filtration you can drink straight from the tap: from entry-level ultrafiltration to full reverse osmosis with UV.
See systemsShower & Bathroom
Less chlorine and sediment in the water you shower and wash in, plus a no-drill filter for your bathroom sink.
See systemsKitchen & Cooking
A budget-friendly upgrade for water you're already boiling, not a substitute for a drinking system.
See systemsMaintenance Plans
We track your filter schedule and reach out when it's due, so your system keeps working the way it should.
See systemsWhy us
A boutique alternative to big-box installs
Imported systems
Priced like a luxury good, and when a part fails you're dealing with a manufacturer overseas. You're paying more for the logo than the filtration.
Big-box installs
A person you'll never see again recommends whatever is on the shelf. Nobody takes the time to discover your needs or pair a system to your circumstances.
Rental plans
Monthly fees with no end, and the system is never actually yours. Stop paying and it comes back out of your kitchen.
A fourth option: you own the system outright, we install and maintain it, and you're never handed off to a call center.
When it matters
Consumer friendly
No more scheduling around the ePura truck, post-work OXXO hydration stops, or hauling garrafones up to a third-floor walkup. Water from your own tap, filtered at the point you actually drink it. See exactly what that's worth with our water savings calculator.

From first message to running water
Message us
WhatsApp us your neighborhood and what you're trying to solve: drinking water, shower, or both. It doesn't hurt to start out with photos from under the sink or of the faucet.
We recommend a system
Based on your space, budget, and whether you have power under the sink. No upsell pressure.
We install
Most jobs finish in one visit: plan for about 15 minutes for a showerhead filter, up to 2.5 hours for a full RO+UV system.
We track maintenance
Optional plan: we message you when cartridges are due and handle the rest.
Where we work
Roma Norte & the neighborhoods a bike can reach
Core zone: we can usually install within the week. Extended zone: still regularly served, just plan a little further ahead.
Maintenance plans
Never think about filter changes again
Sediment and carbon block every six months. Granular carbon, post-filter and UV lamp annually. Reverse osmosis membranes go two years between swaps. We track all of it automatically and confirm before charging you a peso.

Is CDMX tap water actually safe to drink?
Mexico City's water is treated at the source, but the real risk comes from what happens after: older building pipes and rooftop tinacos that aren't always cleaned regularly. It's a building-plumbing issue more than a city-water one, which is exactly what point-of-use filtration at your own tap addresses.
See articleWhat's the difference between a faucet filter and a full system?
Faucet and pitcher filters improve taste and reduce sediment and chlorine, but they aren't a reliable barrier against pathogens. Our ultrafiltration (UF) and reverse osmosis (RO) systems use membranes fine enough to remove bacteria and parasitic cysts when installed and maintained correctly. Viruses are smaller and harder to guarantee against: reverse osmosis performs considerably better than ultrafiltration there, and our 6-Stage system adds UV disinfection specifically for that.
See articleWill a filtration system stop me from getting sick?
In short, the risk becomes very low with a correctly installed and maintained system, but not zero. Most remaining risk comes from unmaintained storage tanks or tubing, not the membrane itself. We won't claim blanket immunity; we will tell you exactly what each system removes.
See articleWhat's the difference between UF and RO?
Ultrafiltration (0.01-0.02 micron) doesn't waste water, needs no electricity, and asks nothing of you between service visits. What it can't do is remove dissolved solids. Reverse osmosis (0.0001 micron) removes more, including heavy metals and fluoride, but wastes several times the water it produces and needs power.
