Once results are back, we translate them into plain English and walk you through what they mean before you decide on a system.

How it works
- We arrange the sample collection. A specialist from the lab comes to your tap directly — nothing for you to package or ship yourself, and the chain of custody stays intact.
- Tested by an accredited lab, not us. We don't run the analysis ourselves — it goes to a lab accredited by ema, a.c. (Entidad Mexicana de Acreditación), Mexico's national accreditation body.
- We translate the results. You get a plain-English explanation of what was found and what it means for your household, not just a lab printout.
- Honest next steps. If a system would help with what the results show, we'll tell you which one — and if your water's fine as-is, we'll tell you that too.
What's tested
NMP E. coli, under NOM-127-SSA1-2021 (the Mexican standard for potable water for general use). E. coli is the marker WHO recommends over the broader “fecal coliforms” group specifically because it's rarely found outside a warm-blooded gut — a positive result means something actually got in, not a false alarm from an unrelated environmental source. Results in about 7 business days.
